Another hike in petrol, diesel, LPG and kerosene prices is around the corner.
Let the monsoon Session of parliament ends on 7th September, and finance ministry is all set to increase the hike of fuel prices. The reason is being said that the finance ministry is out of money to provide any fuel subsidy.
CNN IBN quoting a top officer saying, “Finance Ministry says it is not left with funds to subsidise oil companies. Oil companies are jewels of India. They need to be saved at all cost. Governments come and go, but oil companies will be required to fuel the country.”
Sources are telling that petrol prices may increase up tp 5 Rs. Per litre, and diesel rates to be increased by Rs 4-5 per litre. For LPG and Kerosene it is not clear yet, how much they are going to proposed for hike.
