Saholic.com is an online shopping platform where one can buy not only Spice mobiles, but other popular handsets and accessories from brands like Samsung, Nokia, Blackberry and Sony Ericsson as well.
The homepage has quite a few attractive features including customized Research tab and a Browse History tab which help customers choose their product. There is a ‘Best Deal’ section as well so that one doesn’t miss out on an attractive deal.
Already there are lots of big players in the market vying with each other to grab the millions of prospective customers in India. Mobiles and other electronics products have now become hot selling and popular on web -based stores and e-commerce sites like gadgetsguru.com, buytheprice.com, letsbuy.com, futurebazaar.com, Groupon India, snapdeal.com, naaptol.com, flipkart.com, infibeam.com, eBay India and indiaplaza.in are marketing aggressively. Tata Group’s retail wing Infiniti Retail which operates Croma is also expected to launch their site this month. Croma is one of the biggest consumer electronics chain that sells 6,000 products and 180 brands in categories such as home entertainment, small appliances, white goods, computers, communication, music, imaging and gaming software.
All this spurt in e-stores is going to be a great advantage to the prospective customers waiting on the sidelines of e-commerce.
The question now is whether saholic.com can meet the demand from consumers rather than whether saholic will have custoemrs waiting to rush in.
