Reliance Industries To Sign Deal with Disney's India Unit

India’s largest private sector company Reliance Industries is set to sign a business deal with Walt Disney’s Indian unit. With this deal Reliance will acquire content for its telecom operations.

The contract between Reliance with UTV Software in which Disney controls 50.44% is expected to be completed very soon. The deal is expected to give Reliance access to games, entertainment and children’s content for their telecom operations.

Reliance is all set to build a data-focused business which will allow users to access mobile, smartphone, tablet and computer to the net and online related services through a wireless broadband network.
