Bajaj Auto sold 3,31,967 two-wheelers during November 2011. This represents a 25% increase over the 2,65,036 vehicles sold in November 2010.
Sales of all vehicles in November 2011 amount to 3,74,477; this, again, represents a 25% rise over the 2,99,231 units sold in November 2010.
Exports grew by 42%; the number of vehicles exported in November 2010 were 90,869 while the corresponding figure for November 2011 is 1,29,256.
The rise in the sales of commercial vehicles is also similar to the overall growth in sales; their sales grew from 34,195 in November 2010 to 42,510 in November 201 – a growth of 24 per cent.
Given the market conditions, that does seem to be a good show by Bajaj Auto.
