After Quentin Tarantino’s “The Hateful Eight” script was leaked in January, the director said, he won’t be making this movie anymore. But, he may have reconsidered the fact.
At Film Independent’s staged reading of “The Hateful Eight” on Saturday at Downtown L.A.’s Ace Hotel, Tarantino said he was working on a second draft. He has also cautioned that the third one will also be coming.
Wearing a black cowboy hat and western shirt, the director introduced “the Tarantino Superstars” in order of appearance. And, they were all the alums of his previous film – Samuel L. Jackson as Major Marquis Warren, James Parks as the driver O.B., Kurt Russell as bounty hunter and John Ruth.
Bob Weinstein and Harvey Weinstein, Rick Nicita and Jesse Plemons were also spotted in this event.
