Rarely is a relationship between ex-flames friendly, usually it is bitter and awkward with a lot of fuss involved, with them not being on good terms with each other.
Very recently, we had an opportunity to witness a live example of the same fact, wherein exes Justin and Selena became a part of an unhealthy argument and that too publicly on Instagram!
Bieber is infamously known for getting into many unwanted ruckus by doing wacky things and for having relations with numerous girls. When he posted a chain of pictures with his new alleged girlfriend Sofia Richie on the image-sharing site Instagram, he immediately attracted wrath from his followers which was apparently directed towards the girl in 
his images.
Bieber has a whopping 77.8 million following on the site and inability to manage all the massive criticism compelled him to take a strict step. He posted a warning message to all his fans saying, “I’m gonna make my Instagram private if you guys don’t stop the hate this is getting out of hand, if you guys are really you wouldn’t be so mean to people that I like (sic).”
This message was for the fans who loved him unconditionally throughout his past endeavours and supported him during the times of trouble. He being unable to handle the hate reflected in the form of rudeness and was definitely unacceptable and hard to gulp down. In a turn of surprising developments, his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez jumped into the issue, defending all the Beliebers and tried showing Justin how he was incorrect on his part by commenting on his post.

Selena- If you can’t handle the hate then stop posting pictures of your girlfriend lol- it should be special between you two only. Don’t be mad at your fans. They love you. They were there for you before anyone.
Justin- It’s funny to see people that used me for attention and still try to point the figure this way. Sad. All love.
Justin- I am not one for anyone receiving hate. Hope u all can be kind to my friends and each other. And yes I love my beliebers.
Selena- Funny how the ones that cheated multiple times, are pointing the figures at the ones that were forgiving and supportive, no wonder fans are made. Sad. All love.
Selena- I’m done here. I have a whole bunch of cute fan mail to read.
Despite Selena’s righteous comment, Bieber seemed stubborn and gave the issue a complete turnover, hurling hate towards her. But even Selena slapped down his hatred with a perfect taunt in the end by including the words ‘bunch of cute fan mail’ which was an insult hitting right in Bieber`s face. This must be for the first time that an ex-couple has been in an open and public argument.Undoubtedly, huge number of people supported Selena because she was morally correct, evidence being the queue of comments that followed Gomez’s comment.
