Sridevi’s Comeback Film ‘English Vinglish’ Will Be Released On October 5

Sridevi’s comeback film after 15 years, ‘English Vinglish’ will be released on October 5th across India. Recently ‘English Vinglish’ got a standing ovation at the 37th Toronto Film Festival and Sridevi’s acting was highly praised by the foreign media.

Filmmaker R Balki’s wife Gauri Shinde made her debut as a director for the movie ‘English Vinglish’. It stars Sridevi, Mehdi Nebbou, Adil Hussain and Priya Anand in the leading roles.

‘English Vinglish’ is very simple, funny and touchy story, which revolves around the protagonist Shashi who feels insecure for not knowing how to speak in English and her determination of overcoming this insecurity by learning the language.
