Fukunaga To Roll Out A Wartime Story

Cary Fukunaga, the director of “True Detective” has gone ambitious with his next. After his super-successful eight-episode HBO series, Fukunaga has sold a six-figure pitch to Fox.

The untitled project is set for a roll very soon. It is speculated to be a wartime story. Nicole Riegel, a Sundance alumnus is set to write it. Fukunaga is going to produce and direct the project at the same time.
