1) JUNOONIYAT– The most talked about couple of tinsel town, Yami Gautam and Pulkit Samrat, are all set to set the screen again on fire with this romantic drama post their last release, Sanam Re. Their sizzling chemistry onscreen as well as offscreen had made everyone raise eyebrows. Now, audiences have braced themselves to witness more of their romance through Junooniyat. 2) SULTAN– Well, this can definitely be termed as the highly anticipated and most awaited movie of the year! Salman is back with his Eid release, this year too! Salman and Anushka Sharma are seen slaying in the trailer with their Haryanvi accent and power-packed performances. This movie revolves around Sultan Ali Khan, a wrestler from Haryana, who dreams of making it big in Olympics with his muscle power. The trailer has been garnering whooping number of views since its release. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by Aditya Chopra, you can visit your nearest theaters on 6thJuly to experience substantial Sultan magic!
3) RAMAN RAGHAV 2.0– This crime thriller stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Masaan fame Vicky Kaushal. It is inspired by real story of the psychopathic serial killer, Raman Raghav who had terrorised Mumbai in mid 1960s. This movie was premiered at recent Cannes festival and received critical acclamation over there, only soaring the expectations of Indian audiences high. Well, we don`t need to wait much now, as the movie is geared up to hit the screens on 24th June. It has been directed by visionary director, Anurag Kashyap.
4) HAPPY BHAAG JAYEGI– This movie is preferably in buzz for one pivotal reason- Diana Penty`s much awaited comeback after Cocktail. The movie also has Abhay Deol and Ali Fazal in key roles. It has been shot in rural areas of Amritsar. Directed by Mudassar Aziz and prduced by Krishika Lulla and Anand L. Rai, this romcom will come to meet you on 15th July.
5) DISHOOM– The trailer has grossed more than 10 million views already; this fact is surely enough to explain the excitement which is prevailing amongst moviegoers. If you have a thing for adventure, suspense, drama and action, Dishoom is surely manufactured for you! It has John Abraham, Varun Dhawan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Akshaye Khanna essaying the lead roles. Directed by Rohit Dhawan and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, it releases on 29th July.
6) RUSTOM– This movie is centralized around real life story of Naval officer K.M. Nanavati, with Akshay Kumar playing the titular role. It will also star two stunning beauties of Bollywood, Illeana D`cruz and Esha Gupta. This patriotism-oriented film is all set to arouse your love for nation on 12th August.
7) MOHENJO DARO– This movie has been a point of discussion ever since it was announced by its makers. Lead roles played by Hritik Roshan and Pooja Hegde, this film promises you epic, adventurous and never-seen-before drama. Its first look was released on June 7 and it has been attracting attention from the whole industry as well as fanatics. Hritik looks dashing in his rustic avatar, leaving all his lovers eager to watch the trailer which is expected to be out soon. 9) BANJO– It marks Hindi debut of marathi director Ravi Jadhav, starring Riteish Deshmukh and Nargis Fakhri. It will seen mirroring the essence of Marathi culture and is supposedly based on the daily challenges of street artists. It will play its musical magic on silver screen on 23rd September!
