SRK’s security increased after underworld threat

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s security has been increased after three unidentified men fired bullets outside the residence of noted film producer Karim Morani on Saturday and the actor received alleged threat calls from the underworld.

Although the reports of the security being increased outside his residence in Bandra West by police have been roaming, but the zonal deputy commissioner of police Satya Narayan Chaudhary told Times of India that, “We don’t have any information of a threat to Khan. We haven’t received any such complaint.”

On Saturday night three unidentified men came on a motorcycle in front of Morani house in Juhu and reportedly shot three rounds and ran away. Nobody was injured and two security guards said that they did not see any gunfire. However, after observing CCTV footage, police has registered an ‘attempt to murder’ case on Sunday.

It was later revealed that gangster Ravi Pujari has been threatening the Moranis for overseas distribution rights of an upcoming Shah Rukh Khan-starrer film.
