Tamil superstar Rajinikanth indicated that he was considering joining politics, although he knew that the depth and danger of it.
“Everybody wants me to join politics. I’m aware of its depth and danger. I’m not afraid, but just a little hesitant,” Rajinikanth said at the audio release event for his upcoming film ‘Lingaa’ on Sunday.
“I have been moving in the direction shown by God. If he desires that I should come to politics, I will serve the people,” he added.
Rajinikanth added that doing films with social message is also a ‘service to the society’.
Praising the ‘Lingaa’, Rajini said, “They looked after me like a kid on the sets. The care and warmth shown by them touched me a lot.”
‘Lingaa’ will hit the screen on Rajinikanth’s birthday on December 12. The film is made in three languages Tamil, Telugu and Hindi and features Rajinikanth, Sonakshi Sinha and Anushka Shetty, Rockline Venkatesh.
