Now, Salman’s sister Arpita comes into controversy – Arpita khan Sharma threw a birthday bash last week at her Bandra residence, making the neighbors complain about her. Senior Inspector, Khar police station reported, “Around 2:30 am, a team of policemen visited the house and noticed that loudspeakers were being used, violating rules. A case was registered under the Maharashtra Police Act and a fine of Rs 12000 was levied. The music was shut down.” Some famous faces of Bollywood including Sonakshi Sinha, Shraddha Kapoor and Karisma Kapoor were present at this party which was later shut down by cops.
Sonakshi finalized for ‘Haseena’s’ role- Known as Mumbai’s underworld don, Dawood Ibrahim has 12 siblings. One of them was Haseena Parkar who stayed in Mumbai, was closest to Dawood and has a riveting story. Considering the same, a film is being made on her where Sona will be seen in the pivotal role. Haseena passed away in 2014, having suffered a heart attack. The film is being produced by Mubina Rattonsey and directed by Apoorva Lakhi and will be namedHaseena-The Queen OF Mumbai. About the selection of this movie, Sonakshi had to say, “It’s a great script, a powerful role, a very intriguing story and an opportunity to play a character who is the polar opposite of me. I have always wanted to be a part of a biopic and this is the perfect one. It’s going to be extremely challenging for me and I am looking forward to it.”
Irrfan Khan collaborates with AIB- The most talented actor of Bollywood has been starred in one of the recent spoofs of youtube sensation AIB. The video showcases the parody made on rapper Yo Yo Singh wherein Irrfan flaunts his humorous side. He, basically, has spoofed all the clichéd party numbers of Bollywood. On his twitter account, he tweeted, “The video is to make your Monday morning spicy not to take anything seriously except the last line. Hahahaha.” The video is a must watch as you get to see a never-seen-before avatar of Irrfan Khan and is sure to leave you in splits by the end of it! After receiving much praises for this video and crossing over a 3 million mark, Tanmay Bhat from AIB team said, “The video has done so well for us we are now thinking of putting Irrfan Khan in everything we do and possibly rename ourselves to All India Irrfan Khan.”
Shaandar’s first look out – The first ever official poster of the much awaited Shaandar finally released last week. As for Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, the movie has got freshest jodi. The poster looks quite adorable in which Alia can be seen planting a kiss on Shahid’s cheek while he grins from
ear to ear. The two hearts in the poster depict that it is going to be all about pure romantic journey. The official trailer will be out on 11th August, till then hold your breath! Shahid is even said to be Alia’s childhood crush, and now she is getting a chance to be his co-star in not only one, but two upcoming films which also include Udta Punjab. After she shared the poster, she was asked by one of the twitter users, “Will ‘Shaandaar’ make it to the 100 crore club??” To which she replied, “Will ‘Shaandaar’ make it to the 100 crore club??”
