Shahid – Ranbir to cast in Andaz Apna Apna sequel?

As Rajkumar Santoshi is working on his sequel of Andaz Apna Apna – the same is making noise lately. Be it story or the casting – the sequel has been in news since the announcement. Though, Santoshi insisted on working with the old pair of AAA – Aamir and Salman, the duo being busy, managing dates will be a major issue to the director.

Other than that, Aamir being known too choosy for his films and Salman being too busy with films – it can give any producer a hard time to make the duo share the same screen space. So, the director is keeping his way out of this. Reportedly, he has been resting on Shahid Kapur and Ranbir Kapoor to do the Amar-Prem duo on screen.

Having been worked with Ranbir in Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahaani and Shahid in his latest Phata Poster Nikla Hero – the director is happy with their comic timing. Though the director refuses to disclose his casting preferences claiming “Its too early to disclose the same” – the much awaited sequel will behaving a heavy-weight casting for sure
