Jaya Upset Over Rajya Sabha TV Footage At Rekha’s Swearing-in Ceremony

Samajwadi Party MP Jaya Bachchan reportedly very upset and complained to Rajya Sabha Chairperson and Vice President Hamid Ansari over Rajya Sabha TV coverage of her at the Swearing-in Ceremony  of Rekha on Tuesday.

Jaya said she was hurt by the footage taken by the Rajya Sabha TV covering the oath taking ceremony of Rekha as the Rajya Sabha member. The RS TV was constantly showing her footage while Rekha was taking Oath and it was later telecast by all prime news channels in a sensationalize way.

Along with Jaya several other MPs were also objecting and complained to Ansari.

Ansari  assured Jaya of taking action and asked for an explanation from Rajya Sabha TV CEO.
