Supreme Court Wants Government to Create Guidelines for Corrupt Govt. Employess

Today The Supreme Court has strongly recommend government to act on prosecution of the accused government officers within the stipulated time frame.

The judgment came on a petition filed by Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy. Subramanian Swamy has stated before court that PMO took almost 16 months to give sanction to impeach A Raja in the 2G scam.

In its judgement the Apex court  asked government  to give sanction to impeach the accused officials within 3 months.

However the honourable court wants Parliament to take the concrete role in creating guidelines for giving sanction to prosecute government employees.
