The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea bids final farewell to it’s former leader Kim Jong Il who passed away from “great mental and physical strain” at 08:30 a.m. Dec. 17, on a train journey.
Thousands of Korean people stood on the streets of Pyongyang to bid farewell to Kim Jong-il. Troops are also stood to give final salute to its leader.
Officially the power will now be transferred to his youngest son, Kim Jong-un.
