After having had a great time in Mumbai, Apple’s CEO, Tim Cook flew to launch a new Apple’s map development centre in Hyderabad and described the culture and the history of the city as “lovely”.
“We are honoured to have lifelong friendship with Telangana.” Cook expressed.
Speaking at the inauguration of the centre he had all the good words for Hyderabad. “I liked the culture and learnt a lot.” He said.
The Telangana IT Minister KT Rama Rao has requested Tim Cook to open Apple’s own campus in Hyderabad. He has explained that the state is eager to participate and be a part of the company’s growth story. The minister pitched the impression of Hyderabad, saying it is the best city in terms of infrastructure, education and ecosystem.
During the past 24 months, the city has attracted some notable names and lucrative investment.
The Apple CEO has assured that Apple will continue creating products for the betterment of people’s life.
Tim Cook landed in India from China late on Tuesday night, and indeed had some great words for the country, as he described India to be “unparalleled”. Explaining that he liked the vibrancy of the people in the country, he said that he has been making some lifelong friends ever since he has landed in India.
