Considering the fact that it has Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor in lead roles, curiosity is being built around this fresh jodi of Bollywood and how they will become successful in exemplifying their chemistry via dance moves. Half the anxiety of cine lovers would have already got calmed after viewing the trailer on 22 April, as Shraddha and Varun try their best to woo everyone with their whirlwind moves and swift steps. The response the trailer has been receiving surely explains that the pair has already won everyone`s heart.
Katrina’s debut at Cannes Film Festival 2015
L’oreal Paris brand is official makeup partner of Festival De Cannes since 18 years and the 68th Cannes film gala will see new addition to the list of celebrities who walk down the red carpet smiling to the shutterbugs. Sonam Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, being the brand faces of L`oreal Paris grace the red carpet every year, but this year for the first time, Katrina Kaif is to join the platoon flaunting off her dainty grace. A press conference announcing their appearance at the festival was held yesterday, where Sonam and Kat expressed their elatedness. Sonam said, “I feel exhilarated being part of the L’Oreal team going to Cannes. It’s the 5th time I’ll be walking at Cannes and it feels really amazing.”
“It’s the first time I’ll be visitng Cannes itself, so walking at the film festival for L’Oreal is even more special,” said Kat.
NH-10 moved across Indian borders
After receiving overwhelming response at the home ground, Anushka`s maiden production venture was screened at International Beijing Film Festival. The movie was featured as a part of the competition section at the fifth edition of the fest and was attended by Anushka Sharma and director Navdeep Singh. Before leaving, Anushka tweeted, “Leaving tonight 4China to attend my first international film festival where my first film as producer #NH10 will be screened. Many firsts.”
Aamir Khan’s ‘Dangal’ daughters finally revealed!
After buzzing a lot over the topic, and giving a rise to numerous rumors and speculations, the movie team has finally disclosed the name of the two actresses who will be seen playing in Aamirs upcoming venture ‘Dangal’, wrestler Mahavir Phogat`s biopic. These two girls are Fatima Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra. Many were in the race to bag the role including Kangana Ranaut, Tapsee Pannu and Urvashi Rautela. But after months of auditions, these two girls succeeded in bagging the roles. Fatima is a Mumbai girls and has acted in several films and TV serial, while Sanya being a Delhite, is a trained ballet dancer. Let us see how these new faces make it up with Bollywood’s Mr. Perfectionist.
Vivek with his new-born daughter- Simply Pitch Perfect!
Vivek Oberoi and his wife Priyanka Alva welcomed their second child- a baby girl to this world on Tuesday noon, on the auspicious occasion of Akshay Tritiya. Soon, he took a chance to click and upload their adorable pic on social platform. He told his fans, “We are happy to announce the birth of our baby girl. Our family is now complete. Daughters are very special and Priyanka and I are so incredibly happy to welcome our baby girl into the world today. Both mother and the baby are doing fine and I’d like to thank everyone for their wishes”.
Varun Dhawan’s birthday
It was Varun Dhawan`s birthday on April 24 and probably the best one! He has always been a huge fan of Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson since childhood and this year he got an advanced birthday wish from the Fast and Furious actor after being persuaded by Varun`s UK fan club. The Rock posted a wish on popular microblogging site, “Happy birthday homeboy. Have fun.” To the fan club, he said, “Wish Varun a very Happy Birthday from me. He’s got awesome fans to care as much as you guys do. Great to see! DJ.” The lucky boy Varun got the wishes from the person he idolizes the most, turning the day into the memorable one!
