Apple to launch iPad Pro and iPad Air 2 on October 16

Apple has confirmed that it will launch much-anticipated iPad Pro and iPad Air 2 at Apple’s Cupertino campus in California on October 16.

Apple issued invitations on October 16 event with the tagline, “It’s been way too long,” to reporters.

Only last month Apple launched iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus and Apple Watch.

It is in high speculations that along iPad Air 2, iPad Pro, the company will also showcase latest Mac OS X and iPad 6. It is rumoured that the new 9.7-inch ipads will come with Touch ID features and with Apple Pay facility and could be available in gold colour option.
