The 38th Cleveland International Film Festival has been a royal success this year. Welcoming near about one lac attendees – the festival featured 186 feature films and 168 shorts from 68 countries. And, on the Sunday’s Closing Night ceremony, the festival announced the winners all along. The winners are as follows:
Roxanne T. Mueller Audience Choice Award For Best Film: (Awarded 5000 USD)

Greg Grund Memorial Standing Up Competition:

Music Movies Competition:

Audience Choice Award for Best Short Subject:
