Leonardo Di Caprio and Jonah Hill Roped In For A Biopic

After the success of “The Wolf of Wall Street” – the stars of the film Leonardo DiCaprio and Jonah Hill are looking to be collaborating for a next biopic. As per Deadline, 20th

Century Fox has cracked a deal to acquire rights to Marie Brenner’s 1997 Vanity Fair article “The Ballad Of Richard Jewell”.

The articles investigates the eponymous 1996 Atlanta Olympics security guard who, after discovering a suspicious backpack on the grounds, became scapegoat for legal harassments. While Jonah Hill will be playing the security guard Richard Jewell, Di Caprio will be playing the Southern litigator who came to Jewell’s aid.

Before this, one more film The Insider(1999) was inspired from one of the articles of to Marie Brenner published in Vanity Fair naming “The Man Who Knew Too Much”. And, if the speculations are realized it would be his second reel inspiration.
