Alcatel unveils first Firefox smartphone ‘One Touch Fire’

Alcatel has unveiled first phone to run on Mozilla Firefox operating system, One Touch Fire at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

Alcatel One Touch Fire comes with 3.5-inch display using HTML5 browser. The low-end smartphone will be available in seven colours.

One Touch Fire has 3.2 megapixel camera, 1 GHz processor and 256MB RAM. It features and MicroSD card and 1400 mAh battery.

One Touch Fire supports Stereo FM Radio and it has Bluetooth 3.0 A2DP connectivity.

Alcatel will start rolling it out from June 2013 and expected to cost below Rs. 10,000/-.
