iGate CEO Phaneesh MurthyPhaneesh Murthy’s motto of pushing ‘Outcomes-based billing’ is appealing many clients who wants to get rid of paying fees on the time and labour put by the outsourced company. iGate indulge into direct competition with TCS, Wipro, Cognizant and Infosys.

In an interview with Times of India, Murthy said, “If you look at the external environment, customers don’t know exactly what their revenues are going to be, what their volumes are going to be, and therefore passing on that risk to the vendor is a very appealing concept right now.”

iGate’s recent advertisement in Economist magazine reads , “If this ad does not deliver results, we’re not paying The Economist”.

49-year-old Murthy made headlines in 2002 when he was global head of Sales, in Infosys’ California unit. A sexual harassment lawsuit was filed against him and Infosys which led to a out court settlement and Murthy’s departure from the company.

And, ban all averse with immaculate overture of graciously fathomable words firm in views. Subtle. Justifying the undying conscience. Values. Knowledge. And, dares to stay true. True to own. True to the world. And, to the words. With a dream in eyes it exists. In you. In me. In all. The sprite that never shies away. The spirit that never dies!
