HTC has launched its much-awaited smartphone HTC One (M7) in New York on Tuesday.
Taiwanese company HTC’s new flagship device, the HTC One, comes with new feature – the BlinkFeed which replaces icons on the home screen with series of news articles, social networking updates, photos and video.
HTC One has exclusive built-in remote control function which also provides a new angle to a business model for mobile makers and cable TV operators. It has an unusual infrared diode which lets the phone behave like a remote for a TV or media.
HTC One comes with 4.7-inch Super LCD 3 display with 1080p resolution. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 chipset.
One of the best features of HTC One is its camera. It has 4 Ultrapixels camera.
The all new HTC One is available on pre-order in UK and US, however the exact price is still not known. According to some websites, the smartphone which will be retailing from March 15, may be available at around Rs. 42,000 (510 pounds).
